Key Responsibilities:
This position is part-time, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. Work will primarily be performed in office, with the possibility of remote work arrangements per the client’s needs. Candidates should be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (e.g., office supplies).

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Monitor and manage client billing and collections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide support during audits and tax preparation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in a small business environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
